 Rural
and Residential Subdivison - Creating satisfying conditions
for subdivison approval includes duties such as pegging new lots and
preparing a diagram of survey. Statewest Surveying and Planning is
very well equipped to deal with this kind of preparation.
Engineering
Survey - This includes the surveying and mapping for all
disciplines of engineering. Information in this survey includes roads,
sewers, drains, dams and buildings. Strata
Survey - Strata plan production includes built stratas for
duplex and multi units, vacant lot stratas and survey stratas to merger
by resolution. Feature/Contour
Survey - This type of survey covers mining surveys in accordance
with the appropriate Mines Department regulations including the plotting
of tenement boundaries, open cut mines and exploration gridding.
Boundary
Re-establishment Survey - This survey is an accurate identification
of property boundaries to enable fencing or building extensions to
proceed.
Volume
Survey - This is a survey and volume calculation of stockpiles,
landfill dams and other related areas.

The
Statewest Surveying and Planning’s most common
town planning projects include:
Subdivison
Application - This requires all the necessary services
that enable a subdivison to be determined by the WA Planning Commission
(WAPC). Subdivison, whether for strata or green title and including
rural, residential, industrial or commercial land, requires an application
to be lodged with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure and
determined by the WAPC. Click
Here for Application Form 1A.
Outline
Development Plan - This determines the development
of Outline Development Plans (ODPs) and the gaining of approval for
them from relevant authorities. In many areas, ODPs are required as
a pre-requisite to subdivision to ensure the efficient provision of
services and a co-ordinated subdivison layout.
Development
Application - This describes the preparation of
development applications and gaining of approval from the relevant
authorities. All developments, excluding the building of a single
residence, requires development approval from the local authority.
Rezoning
Application - Some areas are not appropriately zoned to accommodate
subdivision or development. Statewest Surveying and Planning is able
to assist in the preparation of submissions to the relevant local
authorities to achieve amendments to local town planning schemes and/or
the Metropolitan Region Scheme (rezonings).
Submission
of Appeals - This is the preparation and submission
of formal appeals to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure,
against a subdivision or development refusal.
